Description
The CEuk Stallion Fibreglass Base Rod and Bung Hollow 1.2 m is a vital starting point in building a safe, extendable pruning system. Designed as the bottom section of the CEuk Stallion pole series, this rod features a ground-protective bung that absorbs impact and prolongs service life during regular field use.
Made from high-insulation grade, glass cloth reinforced epoxy resin tubing, it offers both strength and lightweight handling. The rod includes a Bowthorpe-style slot for secure upward connection to intermediate and top rods, while maintaining excellent stability at the base of the system.
Every CEuk Stallion rod undergoes a grinding process for a smooth external surface and is coated with a high-gloss lacquer to increase durability and weather resistance. It is manufactured in the UK to EA TS 43-81 standards and ISO 9001 quality control, with a serial number and CEuk identification label for traceability. Electrical testing and certification are available on request.
